R410a Vaporizer

WHAT WE DO We convert R410A liquid freon into gas using a pressure orifice, and then release it.

HOW TO WORK To start charging work, attach the vaporizer to the HVAC R-410a gauge low (blue) side, purge all the lines, and invert the tank bottle above the gauge. Then, close the red valve and open the blue valve and refrigerant tank valve.

NOTE: There is an automatic check valve for vacuum accomplishment (please note that the valve will rattle during operation).

Connections The vaporizer features 1/4 inch SAE inlet and 1/4 inch SAE outlet, and can be connected to the manifold gauge low side with the blue charge hose. It is compatible with all units 1/2 ton or larger.
